How do I start a fast that began earlier?

On the main screen, tap Started earlier?, select when your fast began, then confirm. The timer and finish time will be calculated from that time.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Open the iPhone Settings app, choose Notifications, then Avlous Fasting. Make sure Allow Notifications is enabled. Low Power Mode and Focus settings may also affect when a notification appears.

How do I change my fasting plan?

Tap the fasting-plan selector near the top of the main screen, then choose the plan that suits you.

Does the app collect my data?

No. Avlous Fasting stores its fasting information locally on your device and does not send it to Avlous. Read the full Privacy Policy.

How do I reset or remove my information?

Deleting Avlous Fasting from your device removes the information stored by the app. If you reinstall it later, you can set up your fasting plan again.
