Avlous Fasting does not require an account and does not collect personal information, health information, contact details, location data, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers.

Launch notifications

If you choose to join the Avlous Fasting or Forward launch notification list on this website, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We use these details only to tell you when the app you selected is ready and for no other marketing purpose. This is separate from the apps themselves, which do not collect your personal data.

You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing support@avlous.co.uk.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the information needed to provide its features locally on your device, such as your selected fasting plan, fasting times, current fasting status, and notification preferences. This information is not sent to Avlous or to a developer-operated server.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally on your device to remind you when it is time to start or finish a fast. Avlous does not receive your notification schedule or activity.

Tracking, analytics, and advertising

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising services, tracking technologies, or cookies.

Apple services

Apple may process limited information when you download or use an app through its services. That processing is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and is not controlled by Avlous.

Children's privacy

Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect. The effective date above will show when the policy was last revised.
